Going From Zero ("Going From Zero," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website goingfromzero.com and provides an online course and related materials (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
Going From Zero is a sole proprietorship operated by Jamari Jackson, based in the State of California, United States.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us:
- Contact details — name and email address when you opt in, register for a webinar, or contact us.
- Account and purchase details — information you provide when you enroll, including billing name and any details required to process payment. Full payment card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Communications — messages, survey responses, and any content you send us.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 3.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- deliver the Services, process enrollment, and provide course access;
- send the emails and content you opted in to receive, including our email series and webinar reminders;
- operate, secure, and improve the Services;
- measure and target our advertising (see Sections 3 and 4); and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising. This includes:
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API — we use Meta's advertising tools to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site or engaged with our content. The Meta Pixel collects information through your browser; the Conversions API may send comparable event information to Meta from our server. We may also use the analytics built into our course platform to understand site and course usage.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. See Section 6 for advertising opt-outs.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information as follows:
- Service providers who operate the Services on our behalf, including Kajabi (course hosting, landing pages, enrollment, marketing email, and, through Kajabi Payments and its underlying payment processor, payment processing) and Google Workspace (our business email and productivity).
- Advertising partners — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for ad delivery and measurement, as described in Section 3. Sharing information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "share" under certain laws; see Section 6.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify it.
6. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

- request deletion of your personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information; and
