Refund & Guarantee Policy

This policy explains refunds for the Going From Zero course at goingfromzero.com. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
Lifetime access
Your enrollment includes lifetime access to the course. You build the skill on your own timeline. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the course as offered by Going From Zero, and the full access term is set out in Section 2 of our Terms of Service.
All sales are final
All sales are final. Enrollment is not refundable, in whole or in part.
This applies to both payment options, and it applies from the moment of purchase. You receive immediate access to the full course, so there is no trial period and no refund window.
Payment plan
Choosing the 3-payment plan does not change this. Each installment is non-refundable once charged.
If a scheduled payment does not go through, your access pauses and the remaining balance stays owed, as described in Section 4 of our Terms of Service. A missed payment does not cancel your enrollment or reduce the total price.
No guarantee of results
This course provides education and skill development. It does not guarantee any specific income, number of clients, or business result. Your outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances.

The skill is built through reps over time, and the trainers who get there are the ones who ask when something isn't landing. Ask early.
